Our commercial cleaning services for home buyers/sellers include both cleaning as well as item disposal. Elston Cleaning, LLC will remove all unwanted items and debris before completing a deep cleaning of any home that you would like to sell or purchase.
If you are selling your home, we will donate, recycle or despose of any the items that you do not want to move with you.
Elston Cleaning, LLC will customize a deep cleaning for your home based on your specific needs. Our house cleaning services include window cleaning, wall cleaning, floor cleaning (will subcontract for carpets), dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchens (refrigerators, oven, cabinets), light fixtures, baseboards and more.
Post construction clean up is available also!
Sometimes, you don't want to move that old couch, heavy bed or broken patio furniture. With Elston Cleaning, LLC, you don't have to! We will donate, recycle or dispose any items you chose to leave.
We have donated useable items to local charites such as Goodwill Industries, The Inner-City Mission, and the Mini O'Beirne Crisis Nursery. Electronics are recycled at B.L.H. Computers.
Small home repairs such as drywall patching or painting can be accommodated by our inhouse staff.
